The Committee on Appropriations (Hooper) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 40              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 450             Adds language to revert and appropriate the 
                         unexpended balance of funds provided in Division of 
Spec App:                Emergency Management, for the Mobile Home Tie-Down 
                         Program for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for the same 
                         purpose.

AND INSERT:

SECTION 184. The unexpended balance of funds provided to the Executive 
Office of the Governor, Division of Emergency Management, for the Mobile 
Home Tie-Down Program in Specific Appropriation 2637 of chapter 
2022-156, Laws of Florida, shall revert and is appropriated to the 
division for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for the same purpose.
