On Page: 413             Reduces $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from Florida African American Heritage 
Spec App: 3265B          Preservation Network (SF 2984) and provides the same 
                         amount for Phase Two Continuation of Gadsden County 
                         Emergency Operations Center and Public Safety 
                         Complex (SF 2653).
