On Page: 327             Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from Gadsden County Boys and Girls Club (SF 
Spec App: 2341A          3128) and provides the same amount for Franklin 
                         County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) (SF 2420).
