On Page: 414             Provides funding of $250,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds for The Skills Center Collaborative - 
Spec App: 3270A          Hillsborough (SF 1384) and reduces by the same 
                         amount from The African-American Arts and Cultural 
                         Center - Hillsborough (SF 1385).
