On Page: 295             Reduces $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from Benson Junction Road Improvement (DeBary) 
Spec App: 2042A          (SF 2695) and provides the same amount for Fort 
                         Florida Road Reconstruction (Debary) (SF 2694).
