On Page: 295             Reduces $1,000,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from Kathleen Road Widening and Extension Polk 
Spec App: 2042A          County (SF 1255) and provides the same amount for 
                         Powerline Road South Extension Polk County (SF 
                         1258).
