The Committee on Appropriations (Avila) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 099             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Elder Affairs for HHA 
Spec App:  404           Elderly Affordable Housing - Hoffman Gardens Phase 
                         II (SF 1424). Reduces funding by the same amount 
                         from the Department of Elder Affairs City of Hialeah 
                         - Elder Meals Program (SF 1423).
