The Committee on Appropriations (Harrell) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 092             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Health for the Cora E. 
Spec App:  378           Braynon Family Health Center Modernization (SF 
                         2731). Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         Department of Children and Family Services 
                         LifeStream Behavioral - Indigent Baker Act Inpatient 
                         Services (SF 1125).
