The Committee on Appropriations (Avila) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 082             Provides $200,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Children and Families for 
Spec App:  315           the Amigos Care Program (SF 2947). Reduces $200,000 
                         in nonrecurring general revenue funds from the 
                         Department of Children and Families Fixed Capital 
                         Outlay Needs for Centrally Managed Facilities.
