    4  insert:
    5         16. Documents that the applicant has secured a $250,000
    6  line of credit, surety bond, or a grant commitment from a
    7  charitable contribution before the charter school begins
    8  operation. For purposes of this subparagraph, charitable
    9  contribution has the same meaning as defined in s. 170(c) of the
   10  Internal Revenue Code of 1986, if such contribution consists of
   11  cash or a financial instrument as defined in s. 731(c)(2)(C) of
   12  the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
