       The Committee on Environment and Natural Resources (Rodriguez)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 24 - 67
    4  and insert:
    5  areas, within which a person may not anchor a vessel at any time
    6  during the period between one-half hour after sunset and one
    7  half hour before sunrise, except as provided in subsections (4)
    8  and (5):
    9         (a) The section of Middle River lying between Northeast
   10  21st Court and the Intracoastal Waterway in Broward County.
   11         (b) Sunset Lake in Miami-Dade County.
   12         (c) The sections of Biscayne Bay in Miami-Dade County lying
   13  between MacArthur Causeway and John F. Kennedy Causeway.:
   14         1. Rivo Alto Island and Di Lido Island.
   15         2. San Marino Island and San Marco Island.
   16         3. San Marco Island and Biscayne Island.

   19  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   20         Delete lines 16 - 17
   21  and insert:
   22         Section 1. Subsection (1) of section 327.4108, Florida
   23  Statutes, is amended to read:

   26  And the title is amended as follows:
   27         Delete lines 5 - 12
   28  and insert:
   29         Biscayne Bay in Miami-Dade County; providing an
   30         effective date.
