       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (693734) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 112
    5  and insert:
    6  in a separate line item for auditing purposes. Fees may not be
    7  collected from publishers to review instructional materials that
    8  are approved by the department and placed on the department’s
    9  website.

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 973
   14  and insert:
   15         review process; providing a limit on fees; prohibiting
   16         fees from being collected from publishers to review
   17         instructional materials; providing
