       The Committee on Communications, Energy, and Public Utilities
       (Hukill) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 137 - 139
    4  and insert:
    5         (i) “Public utility services” means water, wastewater, or
    6  stormwater services provided by a publicly owned utility. The
    7  term does not include communications services, as defined in s.
    8  202.11, Florida Statutes, Internet access services, or
    9  information services.
