       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 155 - 158
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) If the beneficial use of a constructed clay settling
    6  area has been extended, the rate of reclamation requirements in
    7  paragraphs (1)(a)-(e) and the requirements of s. 378.208 shall
    8  become applicable for such area when the beneficial use of such
    9  area is completed.
