       Senators Latvala, Montford, and Evers moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2501 - 2509
    4  and insert:
    5  affected counties. The principal of the fund shall derive from
    6  75 percent of all funds recovered by the Attorney General for
    7  economic damage to the state resulting from the Deepwater
    8  Horizon disaster, including penalties, fines, fees, and
    9  settlements.
