    3         Delete lines 635 - 640
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 5. The amendments to section 212.08, Florida
    6  Statutes, made by this act do not apply to any housing project
    7  or mixed-use project where site development or construction work
    8  was initiated prior to the effective date of this act.
