       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 957 - 964
    4  and insert:
    5  Demographic Research shall establish the methodology and model
    6  used to calculate the economic benefits. For purposes of this
    7  requirement, an amended definition of “economic benefits” may be
    8  developed by the Office of Economic and Demographic Research.
