       The Committee on Appropriations (Gardiner) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (317422) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2159 - 2160
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Any funds distributed to the state under 33 U.S.C.
    6  1321(t)(1)(C)(i)(I). Notwithstanding any other provision under
    7  this act, this act shall not affect any funds distributed to any
    8  county under 33 U.S.C. 1321(t).
