    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  and insert:
    5  prioritize the annual award of grants to such combination fire
    6  departments and volunteer fire departments demonstrating need as
    7  a result of participating in the annual Florida Fire Service
    8  Needs Assessment Survey.
