    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 63 - 66
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) To another governmental entity if the receiving entity
    6  agrees in writing to maintain the confidential and exempt status
    7  of the information and has verified in writing its legal
    8

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 7
   12  and insert:
   13         natural gas storage reservoir; defining the term
   14         “proprietary business information”; providing
   15         exceptions to the exemption; providing for future
