       The Committee on Finance and Tax (Soto) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 77 - 80
    4  and insert:
    5  contractor applicant per calendar year, up to $125 million in
    6  aggregate qualified subcontract awards.
    7         (c) The department may certify in total, per calendar year,
    8  up to $1.25 billion in aggregate qualified subcontract awards.
