       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 72 and 73
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Paragraph (a) of subsection (7) of section
    6  717.117, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         717.117 Report of unclaimed property.—
    8         (7)(a) This section does not apply to the unclaimed
    9  patronage refunds as provided for by contract or through bylaw
   10  provisions of entities organized under chapter 425 or which are
   11  exempt from ad valorem taxation pursuant to s. 196.2002.
