       Senator Abruzzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 33
    4  and insert:
    5  under this paragraph may be filed at any time. The court must
    6  accept a guilty plea or conviction of unlawful sexual battery
    7  pursuant to s. 794.011, as conclusive proof that the child was
    8  conceived by a violation of criminal law as set forth in this
    9  subsection.

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 10
   14  and insert:
   15         battery; requiring the court to accept a guilty plea
   16         or conviction as conclusive proof that the child was
