       (Grall) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 40 - 41
    4  and insert:
    5  24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. This exemption applies
    6  to e-mail addresses held by the Department of State before, on,
    7  or after the effective date of this act.
