       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1608 - 1617
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 27. The Northwood Shared Resource Center in the
    6  Department of Management Services is transferred by a type two
    7  transfer, pursuant to s. 20.06, Florida Statutes, to the Agency
    8  for State Technology established pursuant to s. 20.61, Florida
    9  Statutes. This transfer does not require and is not subject to
   10  Legislative Budget Commission approval.
   11         Section 28. The Southwood Shared Resource Center in the
   12  Department of Management Services is transferred by a type two
   13  transfer, pursuant to s. 20.06, Florida Statutes, to the Agency
   14  for State Technology established pursuant to s. 20.61, Florida
   15  Statutes. This transfer does not require and is not subject to
   16  Legislative Budget Commission approval.
