       The Committee on Appropriations (Galvano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 197 - 212
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 5. Present subsection (4) of section 1008.31,
    6  Florida Statutes, is renumbered as subsection (5), a new
    7  subsection (4) is added to that section, and subsection (3) of
    8  that section is amended, to read:
    9         1008.31 Florida’s K-20 education performance accountability
   10  system; legislative intent; mission, goals, and systemwide
   11  measures; data quality improvements.—
