    5         Section 30. Francis Gibbs Memorial Highway designated;
    6  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) That portion of S.R. A1A/105/S. Fletcher Avenue between
    8  S.R. A1A/200/Atlantic Avenue and C.R. 105B/Simmons Road in
    9  Nassau County is designated as “Francis Gibbs Memorial Highway.”
   10         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   11  suitable markers designating Francis Gibbs Memorial Highway as
   12  described in subsection (1).
