    4         Delete line 57
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013, and
    7  expire June 30, 2018.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 76
   12  and insert:
   13         providing effective and expiration dates.
