       The Committee on Transportation (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 77 - 83
    4  and insert:
    5         (7) “Transportation services” means the conveyance of
    6  persons or property, including mass transit services such as
    7  fixed-route bus service, fixed-guideway vehicle service,
    8  paratransit service, flex route or demand responsive service,
    9  and the planning and funding of transportation facilities.
