       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 1236 and 1237
    4  insert:
    5         (3) The restrictions in subsection (2) do not prohibit an
    6  administrator of a nursing home, assisted living facility, adult
    7  family-care home, or any other similar residential adult care
    8  facility from distributing, ordering, requesting, collecting,
    9  delivering, or otherwise physically possessing more than two
   10  absentee ballots of residents of the facility per election.
