       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 60 - 69
    4  and insert:
    5  for compensation before the authority.
    6         3. A person may not be appointed to or serve as a member of
    7  the governing body of an authority if that person currently
    8  represents or has in the previous 4 years represented any person
    9  or entity that is doing business, or in the previous 4 years has
   10  done business, with the authority.
