       The Committee on Community Affairs (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (641930) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 54 - 59
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Annual financial statements similar to those required
    6  under paragraph (a), but which use an assumed rate of return on
    7  investments and an assumed discount rate that are equal to 200
    8  basis points less than the plan’s assumed rate of return.
