       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Montford) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 12 and 13
    4  insert:
    5         Section 1. Subsection (3) is added to section 717.102,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         717.102 Property presumed unclaimed; general rule.—
    8         (3) This chapter does not apply to a retirement trust fund
    9  or plan regulated under chapter 175 or chapter 185.

   14  insert:
   15         amending s. 717.102, F.S.; providing for applicability
