       The Committee on Rules (Latvala) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (369986) 
    2  
    3         Between lines 443 and 444
    4  insert:
    5         (f) A dispensing organization shall annually provide to the
    6  department:
    7         1. The name, address, and date of birth of each of the
    8  dispensing organization’s current employees who will participate
    9  in the operations of the dispensing organization; and
   10         2. Proof that all employees of the dispensing organization
   11  have passed a level 2 background screening pursuant to chapter
   12  435 within the prior year.
