       Senators Diaz de la Portilla and Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (741332) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 297 - 301
    4  and insert:
    5         (21) “Required benefits” means the base benefits of the
    6  plan. For local law plans created after March 12, 1999, the
    7  required benefits are the minimum benefits set forth in this
    8  chapter.
