       Senator Ring moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 565 - 569
    4  and insert:
    5  continue to implement proposed changes. Such reliance must be
    6  evidenced by a written collective bargaining proposal,
    7  collective bargaining agreement, or formal correspondence
    8  between the municipality or district and the department which
    9  describes the specific changes to the local law plan, with the
   10  initial proposal, agreement, or correspondence from the
   11  municipality or district dated prior to February 1, 2013. The
