       The Committee on Health Policy (Book) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 235 and 236
    4  insert:
    5         (7) TRAINING.—The chief judge in each judicial circuit must
    6  require employees of the offices of the clerks within his or her
    7  jurisdiction to undergo annual training on the judicial waiver
    8  of consent procedures under this section. This training is
    9  mandatory for any employee who provides information to the
   10  public in the course of his or her duties, but may also be
   11  required of any employee of the court.
