       The Committee on Education (Farmer) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 101
    4  and insert:
    5  Appropriations Act. A charter school’s total capital outlay
    6  funding allocation may not exceed 0.125 of the discretionary
    7  millage revenue. In each year in which funds are appropriated
    8

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 8
   12  and insert:
   13         Appropriations Act; limiting a charter school’s total
   14         capital outlay funding allocation; providing that a
   15         virtual charter
