       Senator Hutson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 57 - 68
    4  and insert:
    5  is unpaid is deemed to be an employee of the state for purposes
    6  of workers’ compensation coverage.
    7         (2)An individual 18 years of age or younger who is
    8  enrolled in a preapprenticeship program as defined in s.
    9  446.021(5) which requires work-based learning is deemed to be an
   10  employee of the state for purposes of workers’ compensation
   11  coverage.
