       The Committee on Health Policy (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 67 - 71
    4  and insert:
    5         4. Medicaid shall pay all deductibles and coinsurance for
    6  Medicare-covered Medicare emergency transportation services
    7  provided to Medicare-eligible recipients by ambulances licensed
    8  pursuant to chapter 401 according to the corresponding procedure
    9  codes for such services.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 6
   14  and insert:
   15         coinsurance; specifying that such payments must be
   16         made according to certain procedure codes; providing
   17         an effective date.
