    3         Delete lines 1070 - 1081
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 4. For the 2014-2015 fiscal year, the nonrecurring
    6  sum of $250,000 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund,
    7  and the recurring sum of $190,713 is appropriated from the
    8  Operating Trust Fund, to the Department of Revenue for the
    9  purpose of administering this act.
   10         Section 5. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
   11  act, this act shall take effect July, 1, 2014.
