    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (317634) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 706 - 711
    5  and insert:
    6  patient services pursuant to paragraph (10)(f); and any public
    7  defender or her or his employee or agent, including, among
    8  others, an assistant public defender or and an investigator.
