       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 307
    4  and insert:
    5  school principal or governing board, unless the private school
    6  principal or private school governing board has opted not to
    7  have a school safety designee as defined in s. 790.115(3)(a).

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Between lines 23 and 24
   11  insert:
   12         providing an exception;
