       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (246112) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 256 - 260
    4  and insert:
    5         908.401 Education records.—
    6         (1) This chapter does not apply to the release of
    7  information contained in education records of an educational
    8  agency or institution, except in conformity with the Family
    9  Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, 20 U.S.C. s. 1232g.
   10         (2) This chapter does not apply to any state entity, local
   11  governmental entity, or law enforcement agency involved in
   12  education or educational activities.
