       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 54 - 57
    4  and insert:
    5  (b) “Caregiver” means a person with whom the child is placed in
    6  out-of-home care, or a designated official for a group care
    7  facility licensed by the department under s.409.175.
