       The Committee on Community Affairs (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 461 - 465
    4  and insert:
    5  work covered by that license and approved by the department
    6  Construction Industry Licensing Board by rule and has at least 1
    7  year of proven experience related to the scope of work of such a
    8  contractor.
    9         Section 3. This act shall take effect October 1, 2013.
