       Domestic Security (Gardiner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 38
    4  and insert:
    5  issued by another state. If a member of the United States Armed
    6  Forces on active duty in this state or his or her spouse is not
    7  required to obtain a Florida driver license under this
    8  subsection, his or her child is not required to obtain a Florida
    9  driver license if the child has a valid driver license issued by
   10  another state.

   15  and insert:
