       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 219 and 220
    4  insert:
    5         (11) If any provision of this section or its application to
    6  any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall
    7  not affect other provisions or applications of this section
    8  which can be given effect without the invalid provision or
    9  application, and to this end the provisions of this section are
   10  severable.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 29
   15  and insert:
   16  
   17         certain circumstances; providing for severability;
   18         amending s. 843.0855, F.S.;
