       Senator Bean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 20 - 30
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) The following individuals or entities may not be
    6  required to solemnize any marriage or provide services,
    7  accommodations, facilities, goods, or privileges for a purpose
    8  related to the solemnization, formation, or celebration of any
    9  marriage if such an action would cause the individual or entity
   10  to violate a sincerely held religious belief of the individual
   11  or entity:
   12         (a) A church;
   13         (b) A religious organization;
   14         (c) A religious corporation or association;
   15         (d) A religious fraternal benefit society;
   16         (e) A religious educational institution;
   17         (f) An integrated auxiliary of a church;
   18         (g) An individual employed by a church or religious
   19  organization while acting within the scope of that employment;
   20         (h) A clergy member; or
   21         (i) A minister.
