       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 31 - 38
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) A refusal to solemnize any marriage or provide
    6  services, accommodations, facilities, goods, or privileges under
    7  subsection (1) disqualifies any entity or individual protected
    8  under subsection (1) from receiving certain public benefits or
    9  privileges, including any taxpayer funding for programming, tax
   10  exemptions, or governmental contracts, grants, or licenses.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 10 - 11
   15  and insert:
   16         the receipt of certain public benefits or privileges
   17         under certain circumstances;
